WD Scan

Aplikace WD SCAN umožňuje řidiči odeslat z telefonu nebo tabletu kopie dokumentů či pořízené fotografie do aplikace Webdispečink (viz www.webdispecink.cz). Pořízené obrázky dokumentů je možné třídit dle druhu (dodací list, faktura, …) a lze k nim doplnit i textovou poznámku. Takto řidič může dispečerovi vzdáleně předávat důležité podklady pro navazující operace – fakturace přeprav, zdokumentování nehod a další. S aplikaci WD SCAN tak zrychlíte tok dokumentů ve Vaší firmě.

WD SCAN allows the driver to send from the phone or tablet copies of documents or photographs taken into Webdispatching (see www.webdispecink.cz). Image acquisition documents, you can sort by type (delivery note, invoice, ...) and they can also add a text note. Thus, the driver can remotely dispatcher to communicate vital information for continuing operations - Billing transportation, documentation and other accidents.
